We appreciate your business and trust in Mannequin Inc. as your preferred supplier for display solutions. We would like to inform you about our shipping policy, which has been designed to offer flexibility and transparency in handling your orders.

Shipping Fee Responsibility: Please be advised that the shipping fee for your orders will be borne by you, our valued client. We have opted not to include shipping charges in our system due to the considerable variation in mannequin box sizes, poses, and the weight of the items.

Metro Manila Clients: For our clients located within Metro Manila, you have the option to book delivery services through Grab, Lalamove, or Transportify. Additionally, we provide an in-house delivery service by appointment at a predetermined rate.

 

Outside Metro Manila Clients: For clients outside the Metro Manila area, we offer the option to have your products dropped off at the office of AP Cargo or any other preferred courier service, which may incur a handling fee to cover the transfer expenses of the items.

 

Payment Prior to Booking: Please take note that we require payment in advance before booking any courier service. This ensures a smoother and more efficient processing of your order and delivery arrangements.

 

We value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience. We carefully inspect and photograph each item, documenting its pristine state. We will send the proof prior to dispatch via email or Viber or Facebook messenger. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for issues arising during transit by third-party courier services. We recommend selecting a reliable courier to minimize the risk of damage.

Mannequin Inc. reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item has been altered or damaged after delivery.

Mannequin Care Instructions: To maintain the impeccable appearance of your items and ensure its longevity, please follow these care instructions:

Assembly and Disassembly: Assemble and disassemble the mannequin with care, following the included instructions. Avoid using excessive force, which may cause damage to the parts.

Cleaning: To clean the mannequin, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive or harsh cleaning agents that may scratch the surface.

 

Storage: When not in use, store the mannequin in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

 

Avoid Impact: Prevent dropping or impacting the mannequin, as this may cause damage to the material or structure.

 

Wig Care: If you have added a wig to your mannequin, follow the care instructions provided with the wig to keep it in optimal condition.
